hello every one  ,
m jas from austlaia
i apllied as skilled worker   in jun e2010 as a cook

i just gor maikl on 5 th january from immigration officer bout  proof of fund , and  poloce clerance report

my question is is  that i show 15,000 Australian dollar 6 monts aggo with my apllication ,
nd after 2 months i withdraw some money i buy car nd some money i give to my friend
,
now i have only 6000 dollars i n my account  , can i put money now  end show them
m doing  full time job here
so... money come every week  approx 1000 dollar a week , some time i give that money to my cusin some time put in saving account

plz suggest me can i put money now nd show them , can i show them my pay slips  as source of income

Hi,

If you put $9000 dollars now and show the statement then you will definetly have to provide the proof that this money is yours and not borrowed because its big amount and visa officer will think its not yours and borrowed. How much funds you actually need to show 1 or 2 person ? if its one then its not a big issue because you will be out of only few thousand dollars but if its for 2 person then you really need to show the proof thats its your money which you have deposited.

You need to show minimum of 11,115 CAD which i think will 11000AUD. So you need to deposit 5000 in your account to send the statement i think you you provide some proof that this money is yours because visa officer can refuse it after seeing large sum of money deposited in account just after he requested the statement.

They check whether it's ur own money or u just borrow from someone. So if u deposit money in ur account then might they ask u question

Hi,

Well the High Commission do not go by market rate and they have their own fixed rate but you should have shown more money. Well 95 CAD is short and I do not think it will create any problem. Usually the rate they have is historic and fix it for 3 months to 6 months.
