Plz. help regarding 2nd AOR

Hi all,
      I sent my full documents to Singapore VO on 1st September 2010. My e-CAS status has recently changed as follows "Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review."
       But  I have not yet received the 2nd AOR from Singapore VO. Does Singapore VO send AOR using e-mail or they use post office/courrier? I received my first AOR from CIO Nova Scotia by e-mail.

Hi romeo2277,

You should received your 2nd AOR thru courier/snail mail. It depends with VO on how soon they will send the 2nd AOR. I may suggest that you could countercheck with other applicants here who applied at Singapore VO too to check their timeline.

By the way, I assumed your E-cas status has been changed to " Received By Visa Office" ?

I APPLY VIA LONDON
AND I DIDINT RECIVED SECOND AOR BUT MY STATUS RECIVED BY VISA OFFICE ITS NORMAL?
