Dear All

i hav sent my Federal Skilled Workers file after the 26th June 2011 according to new categories n guidelines. It has been nearly 3 months but got no reply or file reference from CIC Canada. Can you please inform me if anyone else applied same time got reply from CIC. Or approximately how long do they take to generate the File ref no according to new CIC guidelines.

and once it is generated how liong would it take to get the final PR.

hope to hear frm you soon.

Regards

This is not a good sign, if you check the july applicants spreadsheet you'll see everyone has either been given positive assessment or rejected. Please check if the fees has been enchased from your cc or your bd has been encashed. Maybe your application has been misplaced.

Nothing to worry..It may take up to 120 days for a decision to be made ,after ur file reached CIC.One of my friend who applied in post june 2011 got his file no. in last week. For him,it took 115 days to get the PER.Since u said its been 3 months ur file reached CIC,u can expect a good news any time from now, provided u have added all the documents correctly.

So just be patient for a few more days..  Wink
