I am 19 year old boy doing my postsecondary education in canada as international student.this is my second yr. of postsecondary education. I had done last year of secondary education also from canada.I am having my aunt here.can I qualify for immigration application now.

Probably not, since if you don't have a degree, only high school, then you would only get 5 points for education, and I doubt that you have the work experience to get any points in that category.  So it is unlikely that you would get 67 points.

I agree with with PMM. I will advice that you complete your education and then apply. You should count yourself lucky, cos you have a big opportunity in the sense that you are schooling in Canada. So My friend, take your time and finish your studies. You have a brighter future in Canada.

At the same time please look for provincial nomination. Find out your eligiblity. When you are eligible for PNP, then apply. Secondly try to get employment and get work permit. These are the fastest roots for immigration to Canada. Since you are already in Canada, you can try for both these options.
