Please help me in filling of application form...
01-what does it means by assests,liabalties and settlement funds.....if we have gold , then we have to fill the price of gold in assests? right?,if we have cash in bank , then we have to write the cash amount in the box of settlement funds? right? if there is no liabalities , then mention with 00 in the box of liabalties...right?
02-me and my wife both are earning , so my wife is applying for FSW 1 , so she is principal applicant,
so in the form of generic, there is section of dependant, it means, she has to fill the answer on the behalf of me, means she has to fill my name and details like every things? right?
1. Many says it is better to have your POF (assets) as liquid as possible and the best one to have is the cash in bank. I'm not sure about gold if how CIC will treat this kind of asset. In my application, I just wrote what cash I have in my bank account under
assets (its the only asset I have through bank certificate/statement). I put C$0.00 under liabilities because I have no loan of whatsoever. Under Settlement funds, it is equal to Asset - Liabilities. So my settlement fund is equal to my Assets. Just make sure your settlement fund is equal or more than the required Proof of Fund per number of family member.
2. YES, If she's the principal applicant she can fill-up the info about you in the Dependent questions.
If your wife's NOC job is under the occupation list, then she can be the Principal applicant.
