plz sombody helpme


i have done my mba degree and result is out can i apply for canada fedrel skilled worker visa

i have only notification of result and uni marks sheet my convocation is due after 2 month but i want 2 apply now can i claim my mba degree points for edu factor plz help

u can, u have the transcripts but not the degree, so in my opinion u need to have a letter from uni stating that u have passed and ur convocation is on that date u can not have the degree before that.

but do u have enough points otherwise needed to apply for.

Do you have one year full time continuous experience in one of 29 occupations in the NOC in demand list???
if no then you are not eligible to apply.

thanks for ur reply could u plz asses my points as well is very appriciate my situation is

education matric 10 year
inter   2 year
bsc in science bachlore 2 year
diploma in hotel management 1 year
diplma in IT 1 year london
diploma in bba 2 year london
mba 1.6 year london uni

all education is full time

how many points i get for education ??

ielts 6.5 = 12 points

age 31 = 10

wife education 14 year full time = 4

worke ex 2 and a half year ex as a catering service manager = 17

im cunfused about education points plz help me can i qualify

I think you will score 25 points for your education.

many thanks for ur quick reply i have the letter to my uni that clearly written that i have passed my mba and my convocation held 4 nov 2011 so is it enough to prove my mba and i claim points for my mba now

sorry to disturbe u but its very urget advice me can i apply for this situation bcoz without geting education 25 points im not qualify and i said before i have only transcript and uni letter
