i was refused again for trv.

the resons are below:

1. Your immigration status. (i'm now study in australia in my first year as an international student, i'll graduate in 2013. my citizenship is china.) (how should i state this? my visa type? or? i thought the officers can get some information from my passport.)

2. Length of proposed stay in canada. (i applied to stay for 10 days.)

3. Purpose of visit. (i planned to have a visit during christmas and go around some scenery spots as well as go skiing. i attached a list of tour route for everyday. i have stated that i'm the only one child in my family and i haven't finish my study in australia, so i'll not stay in canada at the end of my visa. i attached my enrollment letter and transcript as well.) (what else should i write in this part?)

4. Your personal assets and financial status. (i'm now a full-time student and have no job. but i provided my parents' certificate of employment and their payrolls. i also announced that they would sponsor me. i provided my bank statement and certificate of deposit of my parents. my parents also write a sponsor letter and signature to prove this.) (what else should i do and what materials should i provide?)

Thanks a ton in advance.

Thank you very much for all your patience and replies.

I think #1 is probably your biggest problem. You are applying from a country where you do not have permanent status (i.e. you're only in Australia on a student visa). This means you can't show strong ties to that country - which in turn, makes it more difficult for you to prove that you have no plans to remain in Canada long term. If you've already been refused twice, chances are probably high you'll be refused again (even with additional evidence).

However in the event you want to try again, here's what I would suggest:

You mentioned that you included an enrollment letter and transcripts. What additional proof can you provide to show you will return? Do you rent a place to live? Can you show a rental agreement? Do you lease a car? Do you have a part time job that can provide you with a letter? Pay stubs? Have you already paid for your courses for the next semester/term? If so, can you show proof?

It would be better if you could show an account in your own name that contains a large enough balance to fund your trip.

Thanks a lot!

I may try to attach the rental agreement and my part time proof letter.

Thanks again!

Now I think what you said are the problems... Grin

#3) Do you have a letter of invitation? Or are you joining a tour group?
#4) Did you also attach your notarised copy/translation of your birth certificate, hukou or kinship? How about any properties in China?

#3) no, i don't have an invitation letter. and i'm gonna go there by myself. so i don't join a tour group.

#4) yes, i attached them. but i don't provided any properties except for the certificate of deposit.
