i am mitesh. i am going to apply from india. i married to my wife on 01/01/2011  and i got marriage certificat on 07/09/2011 and i am going to apply for FSW as a insurance adjuster and plz let me know the process for FSW application

CIC always see marriage as a doubtful case or what?

and how did you solved your problem related to photos?

i am married to manisha. so will I have to face interview or without interview and which kind of doucments to prove my marriage?

Please guide me. appreciate for your help.

Hi Mitesh,

Check the site below:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

Provide the MC for now and if the VO has doubts then you will be called for Interview at a later stage.

Hi Mitesh,

For your application to be reviewed by a VO, you need only the MC now. If you are asked for interview with marriage as a red flag then you have to show any proof which will validate your marriage positively in the eyes of the VO.

Photos with family, ceremonies being held, dvd, pics of outings, emails between you two before marriage, any financial accounts jointly with you (LIC, FD, Bank accounts etc), Joint Ownership of property, if the marriage was "Arranged" then Marriage advertisements in this respect would help definitely. The list could go on....

VO's generally get a little suspicious when they find applicant has gotten married just before applying for PR and they tend to label them as "Marriage of convenience"...so one has to be aggressively careful about this aspect.
