plz friends give me suggestion

dear friends,
my acadamic qualification is ssc and i have 14 years experience in my field(crane operator).
can i apply for the skill worker?plz advise me what should i have to do.
all replies will be highly appriciated

spend some time in going through this website in knowing the qualification and requirement of immigration
