Plz explain!

Hello! After complete documents request in July 2008, i posted everything in the start of November 2008 but in couple of days all my documents were returned to mailing address. later Berlin office requested twice documents also including police clearance which i submitted in February 2009.

I am a bit fishy about those returned documents, please explain it to me, looking forward to your valuable suggestions

yes its of immenese tension . by the way, it seems that your docs were returened  for incomplete package. they required  a police clearence  certificate and other papers. please check the date when you sent the documents. if  the deadline was over by the time -frame, then therres  something to be worried . please send a case specific inquiry to the visa office quting the circumstances . hopefully you will get an expected answer . best wishes

All documents which i sent to embassy were within given time frame, last reply which i got by email was in July 10 that my file is under background security checks and since then i haven't been contacted

so what do u think is everything OK??

thats sounds good.  it seems that your case is running smoothly. do not worry . b/checks takes a bit long time , if applicats visit or remain in more countries. asome agencies take a long procedure.
