Plumber/HVAC looking for a temporary permit in canada

Hi, Im a filipino and currently working in Cayman Island as a plumber. Is there anyone knows company that hire skilled (plumber,aircondition and electrician) and are issuing temporary permit. though my other skill are aircondition and electrician.

its not possible get work permit this way as they have many immigrant who move every year to Canada and those immigrant sometime got problem find work at the begining , its only possible if you know some onwer in canada who can directly offer you a work visa otherwise i didnt see any site where they offer work permits this way or you can contact to canadian Embassy ,as long i have seen their job postings online they require only PR and Citizen for these jobs and you are outside its not possible i guess

Besides that, if I remember correctly, for working  in Canada a plumber has to have a license  and canadian certificate
