hello im plumber and i have 1600 hours plumbing trade certifcation +1.5 years experience in plumbing full time can i apply federal skill worker?

You are welcome.
I am sure you will not be having trouble to find a job in Canada, if got PR Visa. Plumbers have lot of opportunity and they make lot of money at hourly rate..
