i am master in english
IELTS 7.5 BANDS
experience of plumber in industries of 6 years
but i have no certificate or diploma of plumbing
i earned lot of money through plumbing in industries can show funds
can i earn 21 points of experience even i have no diploma of plumbing and i am master in english

If Plumbing is one of the 38 NOC occupations(pls check the CIC website if Plumbing is an occupation in the 38 NOC's) then you can get the 21 points as you have 6 years of experience. However, you need a total of 67 points to qualify and this depends on getting points from a combination of pre-requisites like Age, Education, Adaptability, Work experience. See if you qualify by going to the home page of this website and filling out a questionnaire to evaluate your eligibility.

i read the whole guide and i have 71 points if i earn 21 points of experience
 but my question is that i have no education or diploma in plumbing but simple experience which i can prove , can i earn 21 points

Yes, you are good to go! No need for plumbing qualification. As long as you can prove your work experience in the category, you are good..
