As I mentioned earlier; there are a few steps involved in finalizing an application including:

Initial review, background checks/security checks, medicals once they have conducted all the checks and received all the requested information and are satisfied with your case then they will send you the passport request by mail.

Yes once your background checks and everything else is done and they are satisfied they will send out your passport request letter. Average time is around 8 months so as I said earlier it will be done by February/March 2012 if everything works out smoothly at the end..GOOD LUCK!

hi  again for  evry  body...so  today  i just  get a email from  paris  say  that  an interview request  but  they  dont  tell me  about  the  date  or the  palce  for  interview...so  my  question  is when  they  will tell me  abit  the  date i mean  haw  long  it  will take them  to tell me  about  information of  this  interview  and  haw long  time  it  take me  to  finish it and  what  things i need  to bring  with me  or  just they  will ask me for some  special  things...thnx  for  helping

Only people going through Paris would be able to answer that question for you about how long the approximate waiting time is currently. Hang on there and someone will get back to you and help you out. Good Luck!
