Dear Dr. Hasib, One of my friend, is a doctor, applied last oct'09 and got 2nd AOR on May'10 from VO (Singapore). Her Ecas showed Processing from 20th sep'10. But till now she didn't get any futher instruction. I came to know that u also applied in same deadline. So far u also faced this problem. U got suggestion to check CAIPS. I would like to get ur suggestion regarding this delayed. and would know about CAIPS and how it would be workable. Pls. tell me.
