What is the meaning of those signs.
(SELDEC ) 4
(MEDDEC) 0
(OREQ) 0
(PSDEC) 1
(FINDEC) 0
 paper file sent to PA file bf'd to : NC on 14-09-11 Microlocator:

pls help me what those codes means.

Hi,

Your application has only completed :

(SELDEC ) 4   : Selection Decision - Waived

(PSDEC) 1  :  Paper Screening Decision :  Passed

Others are not completed and will be reviewed on 14 September when your is brought forward.

It is very good, Your PPS is accepted (1) and you no need to interview. Be happy and wait for MR. your case will open again at SEP2011. pray for us!
Could you tell me about your scores and ecas?

wait for MR or POF with additional documents request, might be PCC with medical or before medical.
So just relax and wait for next bf'd update. your interview is waived.

I had my passport request I sent my passport almost nine months now they held my passport so long I don't know why life is stuck.

 I  am so s orry to hear this friend. I think, they have kept you passport for so long. It is really unfair. They say one thing and do the reverse and that is  the reason i hate this Canadian immigration. What if you had to travel abroad using your passport?. They are doing wrong things by keeping passport for 9 months.

Just be patient.
