Hi Good Day To all,

I just want to ask if I can re-submit my documents that has been returned to me by CIO?
I am confused because all the documents has punched hole, or they put a hole on the left/right side of it.
What does it mean? Please, I just want to clarify if I can resend this documents to them again as I am running out of time, thats why I need to submit my application as soon as I can.

Thank you so much!

Hi Leo16,

I dont know yet because I just send my question just now. SO maybe we can still wait, maybe they are busy. By the way, are you having the same problem as mine?

Just going by logic here...

IMO, you could send them as long as they are dated CURRENT....some docs needs to have information of your current RESIDENTIAL address and reference to your work. Also dont forget to retain a copy of the docs for your reference.

Did you keep a copy of this set, when you had previously sent to CIO? Use that one to avoid the punched copy version.

Hi Mitali! Thank you so much for the detailed reply. I keep a scanned copy but not the original. Sad That's why im requesting again some of the original documents like the certificate of employment which takes me some time cos im working overseas.
