pls help urgent....HOW CAN I GET AEO ???

Hi...
I want to know what is AEO and how can i get it
I have the positive LMO and I also have the 1 year experience...but i heard that i also need the AEO in order to apply for PR under federel skilled worker category....
PLSSS REPLY....

If you have LMO , YOU need not AEO.
AEO = Arranged Employment Opinion
It is issued by Canadian Employer from HRSDC Service canada.

Thanks for ur reply....but r u sure because i went to the lawyer he told me that you also need the AEO to apply under skilled category...
I am not sure whether he is telling the truth or making me fool.....

For Federal Skill Class------Yes ,You do require AEO
For PNP-------------------LMO is suffice r
