PLS HELP, I NEED TO CONTACT CIC

hi everyone

I need to contact CIC manila,  pls help me who to look for regarding my case and the specific contact number.

Last Sept 20, i received a letter together with all of my original documents via DHL.  The letter informing me that my application for PR is not eligible for processing.   This letter said i didnt have the required of continuous work experience of at least 1 year.

I was shocked with this letter because i had in fact a 10 yrs continuous working experienced.

Then the following morning Sept 21 CIC called asking me if i had their letter dated Sept 19, 2011 and that i should disregard it. The lady who called told me that she is going to send another letter via Post Office on that same day but refuse to reveal the content of the same.(is it an MR ?)

I already did several days checking with the Post Office.  Unfortunately as of this date, i have received nothing still.

My VO is in Manila,Philippines, submitted all docs last Sept 28, 2010, Oct 3 i have my 2nd AOR, in process Jan2011
and in Ecas changes from In process to Decision made a week after they called that i have to disregard the 1st letter, thats why im very much worried.

Please advice what should i do next.

I would try to contact the VO again.

you can send Case specific inquiery to local VO or send email to local VO. (why you want to contact CIC means where? after transfer file to local visa office then Local VO is only responsible for your application status).

even you can order CAIPS note for VO comments to know what is the exact comments of VO.

these days visa officers are taking a long time to send letters of correspondence.
a lot are seeing DM status in their Ecas and a notification that a letter has been sent to each of them.
but none yet received any although a month has gone. I think CIC is going out of fund for sending letters.
