Pls help, I got bc pnp letter, I applied work permit and pr, then they found that I worked without work permit before, they send a letter showing they cancel my study permit
And don't give me a work permit

I had a work permit before but expired and that was work and study permit.

is this bad for PR?

technically its wrong to work in any country without proper authorization.
It all depends how the VO will look at this case, mostly this will attrack some -ve points in your case.
