pls Help about ecas

Im sponsoring my wife and i checked the updates on her ecas and she has her address on the status but it is incomplete address and when we filed our application we put the whole address on the application.what should i do about this or has anyone been in the same position? if anyone can help me pls do so!!! Thanks

  Hi don't worry about ECAS. The correct address is always there in her file. Also in the system it will be addred properly. The ECAS is not the direct file page of the applicant. It is only a link to her file in their system which is periodically updated by the data entry personnel at the visa Office. There are several posts appearing about address column irregulariries on ECAS. Since last few weeks someones address has completely out. At least your wife's partial address is there. However you can wait and check after few weeks.

My husbands address actually said CIC in Mississauga, I did contact them and they said it was fine that it was in the system correctly.
