I have query regarding my immigration case.I applied for permanent residence under FSW to my local consulate in April 2008
and also recived my file number in same month. My case was transfered to Centralized intake uniit,Sydeny in march 2009
Till now i have not recived any mail from CIO.My Noc is 0122(banking credit and investment managers)which is not in 38 occupation list
But when i applied there was no prescibed list and new rules were just introduced and ministrel list came out in nov 2008

Last week ive sent a letter to CIO as i am also eligible to be considered as Financial Manager (0111)

Will this work?
