That case is lost. U have to now sponsor them under Family Class... it takes anything between 8-18 months usually.

And since you are a PR (rather than a citizen), you will have to be living in Canada when you sponsor them and will have to continue living in Canada while their applications are being processed.

No - as Qorax explained, renewing the visas is not possible. Your only choice is to submit a new application under Family Class. You will apply for them using the "outland" (out of Canada) Family Class application process. Outland applications are sent to Mississauga and then forwarded to the local office for further processing.

Sorry about their visa expiration. If you knew they would have just landed and then return home. It would have save you money, time and the stress to re apply.
