If i am  applying individual,what should i have to write " will accompany you to canada "  Yes or No  to my family.what sum should i have to sent as a draft.

1) If family not accompanying you then : N/A
2) Application fee only for you.

at initial stage u have to sent fee for only u.

Wrong. You may send fees for your accompanying family members along with the initial application, if you wish to.
