hi

when i can send e-mail to london officer?
as for last e-mail they send they said dont send any e-mail till 8 month from this letter
and last letter was on may 09

thats why i,m hesitate to send e-mail to them or no?

you may try to email them to ask about it....same letter (AOR) content with me to contact them after 8 months....but as i have said, one batchmate emailed them and got a reply that medicals were already sent to her address.....and i think she requested another medical to be sent to her address....

mohammed...in the subject you have to put your London File Number and subject query...

in the body, introduce yourself and your query.....about the status of your application....

send an email now and let us see their reply....

as mentioned before, our batchmate was part of newer batch of London "IN PROCESS" stat in August....and she did not wait for 8 months and emailed London and got a reply that med req has been sent....and that mail was lost in transit for some reason....

When did you send the email and how did you send it? through visa specific inquiry or direct in their email?

maybe this is autogenerated answer for the "IN PROCESS" status..same case with the other batchmate....

maybe let's just wait patiently.....

IN PROCESS means that they are still reviewing the documents.....not what we assume that it was already completed.....
