mt status on line says as following /
We received your application for permanent residence on January 8, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 15, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 23, 2009.
pls advice what this mean , and there is chance to reject my fle?

hi,
it's a good sign it means you are eligible and the application is now in process. You just have to wait and you will perhaps get your medical exam request soon from the office. This is what I understand from how it goes. You have nothing to worry about as of now. Good luck!

or if they want to reject maybe since long time they have to send reject letter , or still maybe any time can send reject?

but qiestion when maybe they reply for medical request?
it will take time?
and if they want to reject my file they wait till now without send me any notice , coz its around 3 month now

They will not reject your file just because someone in the visa office had a bad day.
if you have submitted a genuine file and if your case is genuine, you have nothing to worry about. Three months is nothing compared to the years some people have waited for the visa process.
Also dont forget that preparation to go to Canada also takes time, so start preparing now itself.
Be positive and please pray for whichever god you believe in. My best wishes are with you.

If your papers are in order and you are a healthy person without any medical complications...then I don't see why they will reject your application BUT if by any chance you have submitted any false documents or you did not pass the medical exam then your application will be rejected. |

Your medical request letter will only come after Nova Scotia has completed your eligibility review and sent your file to your local visa office. Timelines again will depend on which visa office you applied to. |

I APPLY VIA LONDON VISA OFFICE
AND THEY SEND ME NEW FILE NO SINCE MAY AND TRANSFER MY FILE TO LONDON OFFICE AS ORG IT WAS TO NOVA SYDNEY

ZAkout....you should be receiving the medical request soon....keep your hopes up....try to check the London Applicants Forum and share your timelines.....so you will know your batchmates and assess somehow where you are standing....

you might consider emailing london office to know if they already sent out the medical request....
london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
we have a batchmate who inquired in London office and got a reply from them....her med request did not reach her for some reason...so maybe that is the same case with you...
