Hi Guys:
I really miss u since my net access was corrupted for along time.....I am about to send my application as a skilled worker ...I have 2 questions,hopefully u ll help me answering them.
1) I am Syrian and live in Saudi Arabia....If I send the application at 12\2009,what is the expected time for traveling to Canada for landing,If they accepted me?
2) I am a University lecturer,that means I should go under 4121.....but most of my Job duties go under Teacher,ESL,college level 4131????
What should I do???

CIO takes like 2 months to transfer to local visa office. Check with trackitt.com to find the processing time for your visa office.
If both 4131 and 4121 are in 38 list then choose 4131.  Job duties are more important than designation.
