I've got my CAIPS some mins ago.....they wrote this:

PAPER F I LE SENT TO: PPS BF F I LE TO: PCL ON 21-09-2010

What does it mean?HuhHuh?

Hi:

Actually, nothing is given to me to post here. I am really disappointed a lot when I read the CAIPS. They do nothing for my application though it has been passing a year and a month.
I sent an update for my app on 23- DEC 2010 but they didn't add them in my CAIPS. In addition, they wrote that the place of residence for my spouse is United Arab Emirates. I even not mention that country in any paper. From where he got that information.

What I found it precious is just that line above, but couldn't understand the meaning of PPS or PCL.......

Now, what sould I do?Huh What should I expect?Huh Sould I tell them that I got my CAIPS and found some mistakes and when should I expect a date for that f** " in process with RBVO" e-case??? or WHATTTTTTT?Huh

Regarding the CAIPS abbrieviations you enquired about, I think:
PPS = Point at Paper Screening Stage
CLPR = Country of Last Permanent Resident

PCL I am not sure but I am guessing these are the initials of the immigration officer reviewing your file.
