please Urgent help:Do I need to fill new application forms to CIC stage

I wrote before this time about the same issue but no sufficient reply I got>

The question is do I need to fill all the application forms again for the second stage (after receiving the confirmation from CIU) or just send original copy from the old forms ( that have been sent to CIU) would be fine.

but I think the old one is enough, because there is a note about how you fill the application forms and it said that you should do two copies from each form (so the additional onw will be used for further consideration process), I already when filled them I filled three copies  from each form.

Please if there is anyone here to advice us we appreciate it

they're very specific that you should photocopy the forms you have filled up before signing it and sending to sydney.

but i think it would be ok if you fill up another form, just make sure your answers are exactly the same.

Well I filled new forms and signed with new date and in the cover letter I mentioned the changes between the two copies. In case u do not have any changes then you should send identical copies to the original forms (sent to CIU) but sign them with the current date.
