Well, just to save others' time: this trackitt link is for folks who received nominations and sent their PR application to Canada visa office. Folks waiting for nomination cannot enter info there yet as the date sent to visa office is a required data there.

not exactly there is place for when You sent application to PNP when You received etc. You don't have to fill all information at one time.

I guess first time the system forces you to enter a value for "Date sent to visa office". But you can edit that as soon as you create your record.
