Anybody?

You need to write a normal letter to confirm and acknowledge that your spouse won't join you, and she has to go through new application if she decides so and found admissible by CIC. you get this letter, notarized it and communicate to your VO ASAP.

Cheers

Better to send both PP in spite of your feelings now. To remove her might affect you also. Think straight at this time!

Should I also send my passport with the letter about non-accompanying spouse or just the letter?

Since you are requested to send the passport within 60 days, you have to send it along with the letter. Don't waste this chance and the time frame.

I know someone had already advised you on this before, and you are the best person to judge your situation, nonetheless, try to reconcile with your spouse. Convince her that this is a one life chance that might never come again. It's her future and the future of her successors.

Thought to share these few words.

Send your passport with the letter and I wish you sincerely all success.

Cheers

Thank you all for advice.

I had sent only my passport with a letter explaining the situation and I got the visa within 2 weeks.
