Hi friends
I need your help. Please suggest me what to do. here is my case details.
I got admission for January 2009 session. I applied in 24 november 2008, got medical forms on 2nd november and medical was processed and sent on 12 December. Then on 19 january i got Objection letter .. they asked me to submit following things
- My bank Statement
- My all original transcripts - certificates ( i submitted only by BS transcript)
- My all experience letters
- NOC from Employer
- Proof that sponsor is my real brother
- Proof of my brothers business i.e incom tax return, bank statements for last 5 years (bank could only issue 2 years on my request and i submitted that)
I submitted the required things. I had 10000 CAD in my bank (According to that time conversion rate) and about 22000 CAD in my brothers account. My total dues for WHOLE course and living expenditures were 27000 CAD and i showed that i have 32000 (10000 in mine and 22000 in bros account).
I sent these docs through TNT on 15 january. however, the docs were mis placed by embassy. I inquired about it on 26th january and on 27th january the docs were returned with a letter that "there is not enough time to rpocess your application - re-apply with new forms".
The second day i got call from embassy and the lady asked me to send the documents AS IT IS. I send those and she asked me for the shipment number. The docs were with them on 31 January.
From that day, I have received no update from them. Whenever i have asked they said .. "your application is ins process. please wait patiently, we will contact you if we need any thing from you". My classes has been started on 5th September.
on 31 August, i have even submitted my first term dues and send them the transaction copy and updated bank statement (my new foreign currncy account for wire transfer). Now, its 15th of september and no response from them
What should i do now ?
