Please somebody help me regarding arrange employment!!!

Hi,

I am a bachelor of information technology. I can get an arrange employment from one of my friend he is running a company at Toronto. He is ready to offer system administrator post. Now let's assume like this. Once having landed at Canada by means of skill worker permanent residency visa with the support of arranged employment opinion, after 2 month work if I needed to join with a full time course of a university or college what could I do? Because it will very difficult to carried on part time study with work?  Could I resign the job with the terms and condition of employment?

Two things can happen:

1) your employer will have to fill out a labour market opinion, and this has to be approved by HRSDS or

2) you get a work permit through NAFTA since your in IT-don't need a labour market opinion, but cannot use this job on your PR application.

You are only entitled to work for this employer. If he stop working for him, you will have to apply for another work permit for a new employer....they are not open work permits.

If you choose to go to school, then you have to apply for different paperwork altogether.

However, if you receive your PR, you can do whatever-go to school or work, because you will be considered a PR.
