my status in Canada is convention refugee, i have applied for PR as conv. refugee on august 3, 2009 and first stage approval on dec 14 2009, they already received my medical report, then it is still in process nothing development, please share me if you have applied for PR on same date and what is happening on your application. i am worrying because my father is in serious situation with heart disease and i want to see him and for necessary treatment. Can I travel with Protected person document?

my status is now decision made on 22nd March 2010, now how long i need to be waited for PR card?
