Frnds, some of our friends here got their medical or documents request by email , even some of them got that in SPAM folder ( please search " email in spam" in search box  you will get many cases there and links),
please share views and give email address/email addresses from which you got this request, this will help others a lot,,  by adding this ND VO email id in our contacts we can make it sure that email will not come in Spam folder,
