Hello all, I'm 34 and wish to apply for Hotel and Restaurant mgmt Sept 2012 intake
IELTS 7.5. Did my HSC way back in 1995. Funds of 7 lakhs, aditionally also able to pay 1st year fees, 13 yrs work experience presently working in the hospitality sector in the US, married, property worth 1.25 Cr. Expecting our first child. I'm avoiding Ontario and going for SAIST or NSCC. Have a valid TRV and have visited Canada several times. May be able to provide letter from present employer willing to rehire me after completion of my course. Any other college that I should look at other than the ones in Ontario and BC...Many Thanks

It doesn't matters much. SPP is a bit faster but if you apply in advance (specially in the non-rush periods) then processing time is same for both.
