Hi,
I have  more than the required funds in the form of cash.In addition to tht I ve valuable property (worth of almost 1 million CA$)in my home country.Should I mention it also in my cover letter letter to show to CIC tht economic establishment will not be a problem for me..The problem s tht I dnt ve my property papers with me ,right now as I currently working outside my home country n getting an evaluation done by an authorized company in my home country n getting the papers here will cost much time n effort. But I can do it in future if CIC needs it.Wht do u think is it a good idea to mention in the cover letter ,when I m not sending the evidence with my remaining documents.I ve applied to London office.

thanks

Hi,

In my opinion, such statement, either in the letter or in any form should at least have a copy of supporting evidence. May have different opinion too.

You may need to mention it when filling in the "Personal Net worth Statement". If I were you I would mention it and let them know anyway.(with proof/evidence)

Thanks Bobby for ur suggestion. Can u plz tell me where could I find "personal net worth statement " form as the letter I ve received from CIC states only 4 forms to be submitted.these are:
1)Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
2)Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
3)Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
4)Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]

I remember ,almost 2 yrs back when I send my initial application, at tht time I saw n read tht form on CIC London office site ,but now I m not able to find it.May be  it has been removed from there. Can u provide me link for it?

thanks
