1-    Hi, I am a Pakistan, working as assistant Engineer O/M in Government sector.
My wife applied for my immigration on 23 september 2010, my case was
accepted along with acceptance letter on 16 feb,2011 and proceded to Islamabad
commisioon. Additional information being send..

2- we have a canadian son born in canada on 26 nov, 2011. he is with me as since
my wife and he travelled to Pakistan, he is in Pakistan..

3- Wanted to know how much more time is required as it has already passed approx: 10 months..
plz, help me to know, how much more time as the condition of the Quetta, Balochistan is becoming
worse day by day!!!

plz help me to know how much more time is left to wait!!!

You probably still have a while to wait since the posted processing time for the Islamabad office is 23 months:

I am little bit confused with what you have said about your son born in Canada on November 26, 2011. We just only on July 2011.
You just need to be patient and wait because Pakistan time line is little bit longer.
