hi there!

my cousin would like to apply as immigrant and shes curently on medical treatment on hepa b.  is it ok to apply as long as the HBV DNA is negative. are there any discrimination when it comes to a case like this? would you allow my cousin to apply as immigrant?

So far my knowledge goes if you do not disclose this fact at the time of medical, DMP will not check it in his/her personal interest.

100% agree with RI. DMP will not do HBs-Ag, Anti HBV or other test for Hepatitis. They do only VDRL and HIV.
