Please, need some answers about Visa and work permit.

Hi, just new in this site. I been looking for some info on how to apply for extension of visa and work permit. I will turn 1 year on February as a live-in caregiver with my employer, my visa will expires on June 2012 while my work permit expires on July 2012 just because i wasn't able to renew my passport expiring July 2012 when i processed my papers to come to Canada eventually I renewed it last May 2011 when I got in here. I only seeing information on applying temporary resident visa outside Canada, is there somebody knows a particular CIC forms for applying visas, customer service hotline for extension of visa and who could give me some advice regarding my situation. I already got a checklist for extension of work permit but I still need some information how to apply for visa application. When I apply for extension of work permit will my visa application goes with it too? Really getting confuse so need some advice.

TRVs are applied for at visa offices/consulates outside Canada. You renew your work permit in Canada. Send your application to CPC-Vegreville.
