I have a brother that came here to visit me and i am wondering if anybody would know what are his options if he wanted to stay in Canada to live if anybody knows can you post it on here ASAP thanks in advance?

I have a brother that came here to visit me and i am wondering if anybody would know what are his options if he wanted to stay in Canada to live if anybody knows can you post it on here ASAP thanks in advance?

1.  He would have to apply as an immigrant outside Canada.  If he is a skilled worker and can find an employer who is will to apply for a Labour Market Opinion, it is possible that he could get a work permit, but it again it would have to at either an outside office, or a Port of Entry if he doesn't require a medical or TRV.
2.  If he was eligible he could apply under FSW 1, 2, 3 see:

3.  If he doesn't have experience in the Listed jobs, doesn't have an Arranged Employment option, or has worked or studied in Canada, he is ineligible and cannot apply.
