My NAME IS VARUN......TODAY I GOT RUFUSAL ON MY STUDY VISA APPLY UNDER SPP PROGRAM.I HAVE APPLIED TO MOHAWK COLLEGE FOR 1 YEAR PROGRAM IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT(POST GRADUATE PROGRAM).I AM AN MBA PASSOUT WITH 2.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH NO STUDY GAP TILL JOB.I SUBMITTED MY PROPER OFFER LETTERS AND EXPERIENCE LETTERS...MY EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS ARE

IELTS - 6 BANDS OVERALL
LOAN AMOUNT - 9 LAKH (OBC) AGAINST 10 LAKH RS. FD

I GOT REFUSAL WITH A REASON THAT MY PURPOSE OF VISITING CANADA IS NOT GENUINE...ITS SMETHING LIKE THAT
PLEAE TELL ME WOT SHUD I DO....CN I STILL APPLY AT SAME COLLEGE AGAIN NOW OR NOT OR I SHOULD APPLY UNDER ANOTHER CATEGORY I AM VERY TENSED..NEED UR URGENT REPLIES

sorry about ur visa refusal. God has reasons for doing things and he wants d best to happen to us. If u have future in Canada,u will definitely get the visa in the long run,if u wnt make it there,God will provide positive alternative in ur country. Now 2 ur question.
U can re-apply to the same school,but why not diff. prog? U have MBA,why going for postgraduate again? U can go for MBA in other discipline like commerce/trade,Biz law,Economics etc. If  @  first u dnt succeed,try again in diff.way.
u might have been refused becos of d prog. u chose. I think it's below d one u have achieved. Pls. check dat.

Dear I have got 6 bands in IELTS...thatz the reason only i have applied to some of colleges like mohawk college,niagra college and lampton.Only these r the colleges who accept 6 bands and only offers postgraduate diploma.SO I have no option to apply in this course and now i got refused and it really hurts to me and my family.please tell me cn i reapply to this school again and wot is the best possible option fr me

Your best option is to improve your IELTS scores first. Then apply to a school / program that makes sense given your past education. If you want to come to Canada to study, then it makes sense that you should be enrolling in either another Masters program or a Phd.

if i improve my ielts score....so cn i again apply to same coarse and same college under spp coz i have got refusal today

Varun: U cannot apply under SPP again...If u wish to re-apply then it should be under General category...

Sad to hear abt ur refusal.. But dont loose heart...Improve ur IELTS... and reapply in general..I would personely recommend to apply to university for some Master level course in ur specialization.. it will strengthen ur case when ur applying again..oreven if its in college, choose the course more wisely... U can also add an SOP to explain the importance of the course even though u already have an MBA.. And this time do ur homework... I think u must have applied through consultants... 90% of the consultants doesnt give u the exact picture of ur case... its simply because they work under a frame where they only can talk abt normal cases... u can use them if u want but only for ur documentation..!! best of luck with ur reapply..!!

Make a significant change in ur profile..!! there is nothing like more visa chances in general or spp.. it depends up on ur over all profile... there are instances where people have got visas on their 3rd attempt... Find out what must have been the reason of refusal... u can request for caips notes to know the exact reason of refusal.. http://www.caipsnotes.com/
It is strongly recommended not to apply for the same intake unless u have really important change.. select a course level and course according to ur previous studies and improve IELTS... etc... also try for university if u cud... these all will strengthen ur profile when u reapply.. also add a well written SOP to explain ur genuineness as a true student..!!

their reason is supported by the fact that you cannot have an MBA and still applied for a diploma, something that's inferior to what you are really worth...it's like someone who has a bachelor's degree apply to a college for a two year degree.

Man, you need to improve your score and look for a university and NOT a college. AND also apply for a DEGREE program NOT a diploma whether a Master level or PHD level.

This will give you more chance. we are not GOD so we cannot tell you with certainty...but to even talk about visa...this is what u need to consider...visa will come later

Truly Agreed to the above post..!! Its better if u can get admission in an University and then only u can apply under University category..!! And it will definitely improve ur chances..!! And as said, no one can tell u about the visa certainty.. it depends on various factors of ur profile... so improve as much as u can in those factors and reapply..!!
