hi everyone im sure you heared about a simplified application process for fedral skilled worker ...does it consider like a permenant resident

application ...i mean when the background check schedule 1 form (imm0008_1e) asks about if u previously sought a refugee status in

canada or applied for canada immigration or permenant resident or TRV or visitor visa..does this simplified application is in any of these

categories?....  note:the simplified application process dont involve the submitting of the IMM0008egen form. thanx in advance.

The main difference between the Simplified Application Process to the previous Regular Process is that the new one do not require all your supporting docs until your case has been qualified for further processing.

These 2 processes are both under the Federal Skilled Worker Program.

In the simplified process you will not be asked to submitted some specific forms & proofs UNTIL your case is qualified for final processing step.
