Hello All,
I applied to the temporary work permit and temporary resident visa at the Buffalo office (May 23rd).  It's been 37 days, and still no response. I am not a US citizen. I need to leave US before July 5th however since they have my passport, I cannot leave anywhere. Any of you know about the recent processing times?

This is a post doc so I don't even need an LMO.

I sent them couple emails, got no response. I cannot call them to check the proces as well. This is really frustrating. Please help if you have had similar experience.

What should I do now?
