Thats what it says on the checklist.
If you live in a country different from your nationality, include a photocopy of your visa for the country where you currently live.
I have lived in another country but now back to my own country,
do i still need to send visa pages photocopies or not???

Second thing is checklist says.
original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes. This is rubbish

I completed my degree in 2003 and diploma from uk.How can i get university sealed envelope.

Please help.

1.  It applies to you if you are applying to an office that is not the one that normally services your country of nationality.  In those cases you have to prove that you were admitted for 1 year.
2.  If you think its rubbish, then don't do it.  You will probably get your application returned as incomplete, but you may have proved your point.  Write/contact your university.

read this before you send your application

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06-eng.pdf

if you do not follow,  application may be back.

Better contact your university and get this in writing, they do not issue transcript
