There is no reason to delay filing the spousal sponsorship. Your husband can begin the process immediately, and do so Outland, going through the Canadian embassy responsible for your country. It is highly unlikely you will receive another temporary status such as you mention here in order for him to file an Inland sponsorship, when you were already asked to leave the country after a failed refugee claim.
As a spousal sponsor, he is not required to meet a minimum necessary income, he just needs to demonstrate he is capable of providing for your basic needs so that if you are granted PR you do not become a charge on the state. If that happens, he will be required to repay any social assistance benefits paid to you.
I understand but we do not want to be away from each other any other minute... I was hoping that if i enter canada legally.. i have around a week to be there... if i file the inland application within that time... be able to stay until it is processed completely.. i dont mind staying in canada without being able to leave or not able to work thats not an issue... we just want to be together.. my main concern is... if after my special exeption is over... will i get kicked out?
