Please Help, urgently needed an advice regarding a Parents Immigration to Canada

Hi Friends,

I need an urgent advice regarding my parents immigration case to Canada. My parents has received a letter from CHC New Delhi to get the medicals done along with "Schedule-1 forms and other related forms like Application for immigration".

Our situation is that earlier when my parents filled and submitted their application to CHC New Delhi they did not saved the copied of those forms, Problem is back then they filled some information like their Parents "DOB and Date of death", their education (They did not receive any formal education,just a few elementary classes from Village)  by some rough guess as they did not have accurate information. Now they have to re provide that information to CHC and in absence of that earlier information we are wondering what should we do as not providing identical information might have a negative weight on our application.

If some one enlightened or knowledgeable person can shed some light, I would really be thankful.

You could try ordering their CAIPS notes and FOSS notes. The CAIPS notes at least should have a copy of the forms they filed.

Thanks a lot for a great suggestion, which would certainly work if we had enough time. We were to comply within 60 days and it has already been a month since the letter was first received.

FOSS notes takes atleast 6 weeks to arrive.
