My TRV visa application was rejected in new york for the following reasons

1) Travel history
I only send my last 2 passports as I forgot to sent my first passport which include the first US visas issued to me. Would sending this new additional information help

2) My current immigration status

I only submitted my latest I-20. I did not submit the I-20s I got from my previous universities. I also I forgot to attach my I-94. I am in current F1 legal status. Would sending my I-94 and previous I-20s clarify my immigration status

3) Your current employment status

Ok I am going there to get H1B stamp. I did send a letter of employment including salary. I am currently unemployed its because I am a student. How can I solve this one?

4) No proof that I will Canada at the end of my trip

Ok I guess this one is my fault as I did not give the address where I will be staying at and I also did not include the appointment slip at the US embassy in Montreal

If I submit this new significant info, would they grant me the visa. Of course nothing is guaranteed

Thanks guys

Clearly you failed to submit the required documentation, this was an application that you were never going to succeed with.
Try following the rules and instructions, doing that will at least give you a chance of approval.

As you know, there are no guarantees.
