 1- can i fill the form with black ink.
 2-pls clear me the difference between   common law and married.
 3- If one has only liquid money in his account,is it necessary to have some   
 immovable property on his name.

2 common law means you have lived together for at least a year but are not married
3 immovable property isn't necessary but is preferable when applying for a visit visa
