Thank you for this site, i was once married till 2006, i got my divorce paper also in 2006, now am newly married to a nigeria girl , please do i 've to wait for three years before applying for my wife PR, i really want my wife to join me canada, please can someone advise me on what to do, i really want my wife to stay with me thanks...

1. Did you sponsor your first wife? If so then you cannot sponsor another wife until 3 years after landing for the first sponsored wife.
2. If there was no sponsorship or your x-wife was "landed" more than 3 years ago, then you sponsor again.
